Goodbye Horses is a film in the making by five men who met online. Here is what they have to say about the project, which makes most of us envy. The photographs alone make you want to leave the office and hire a van.

Where are you right now?

Currently we are in Houston, Texas

How did you guys meet? 

We met online really, we are all photographers and we shared a similarity in our photos which started the communication among us. We later became Facebook friends and kept in communication and finally met in a trip last year to New York. Marvin is studying a graphic design in ESAD in Amiens, France. Yougo is a Freelance photographer in France. Theo is a graphic designer also from ESAD who enjoys photography. Lucas is a Fine Are student in Lille, France. And Emmanuel is a Studio Art Student in CCNY, New York, he also enjoys making photographs.

What’s the trip about? 

The Trip is about everything. Life, exploring, understanding who we are, and having a good time, but most importantly it is about meeting new people are sharing wonderful moments with everyone we meet along the road.

Where did you get the name Goodbye Horses from?

Your pictures remind me a bit of Levi’s Go Forth campaign can you tell us a bit more about them?

Our pictures are meant to capture our lives on the road, people we meet and places we see.

What can we expect from the movie?

You can expect to see a Road movie that will share the highs and lows of the trip with a realistic approach to how the viewers enters the frame.

The best thing about road trip is…?

The best thing about the road trip is not knowing who we will be meeting tomorrow.
