Song Que is our staple, clean, lean and delicious, or the crispy shredded Szechuan beef with rice and a cola is a killer hangover cure if it’s still lingering at lunchtime.

I’m not going to lie Spitalfields’ Giraffe is my breakfast place of choice; it’s cheesy and a chain but it’s good for breakfast and not poncey. Huevos Rancheros, Giddy Giraffe Smoothy and a coffee – another hangover cure made in heaven. At lunch the super healthy greens and feta salad is immense also

 Flying Angels of Spitafields market stall for cakes – brownies all the way. They’re £2.50 and so enormous that my big fella friends can’t even finish them. Proud to say that I always can.
